closed with out notice to employees and we lived 10 minuets form there and now we are going to have to go to spring dale to cancel our membership very rude of Sams club and 63 others closed across the country. also the next closest one in Cincinnati closed so spring-dale is the only one that is the only one local to us now so we are going to cancel it today. boycott this company at all cost WHAT THEY DID WAS VERY RUDE TO THERE EMPLOYEES. JUST GO TO WCPO ABC 9 FOR CINCINNATI FACEBOOK PAGE AND YOU WILL BE ABLE TO FIND A TON OF COMMENTS

I Would Rate it 0 if possible . Most untrustworthy , Rude , Agitating experience buying a simple item with what would have been a simple solution ! I got a deal on Black Friday online for a IRobot listed for a good price compared to its major competitors and had the confirmation Email with me Which stated i can come on a pick up date (December 2nd) and a 2 day grace period from the pick up date if needed . Clear and simple purchase agreement . I did not receive an email saying my item was ready for pick up and I decide to go there just to be safe December 4th to pick up the order . It was still waiting for me - Not sold as ill explain why in a bit - and they said it was now priced for 100$ extra ?! i explained this wasn't correct and showed them the confirmation email showing the prices , item code , model , dates and everything possible and even within my time period which they would honor the price , she cannot do anything and Calls the manager for me per my request -Robert Moody- to deal with the situation , and not only does he stubbornly insist I was in the wrong by saying my purchase was on the specific date and it was my fault i hadn't shown to pick it up ; but he offered me a ridiculous discount ! His reason being that they had reserved it for me and now others had no chance of buying it ?! - even though it was clearly still out in the open let alone i was still within the purchase agreement timeline . They tell me to call the manager the next day but if they wont honor my agreement within my rights and allowed timeline how should i believe they would listen after the deadline is over ?! Needless to say i was mistreated and downright ridiculed about my absolute rightful claim and even ignored for quite a while - i was there for over 2 hours and was given a phone number of a supposed manager but was actually the front desk - and the agitating remarks and inconsideration for such a trivial issue with a simple solution and became a much bigger issue about disrespect , false advertising ,and inconsideration for the consumers rights . This all made me lose any confidence in them because they advertise black friday deals but in the end its false advertising because of a stupid condition about specific dates just so they can raise the price to the normal , a waste of people time when i would have simply bought it from Costco . Unlike their twin sister company Walmart whom happily assisted me in every positive way and I had already made two trips to pick up my items because they were late; on the other hand Sams Club says they wont even acknowledge my rightful claim even though they are one company ?!
